a credit card will be kept on file to book your appointment but also incase of a no call no show. If you cannot make it to you appointment please notify me as soon as possible. Any no show /no call appointments will be subject to charge 100% in service fees. Any cancellations that are canceled or rebooked for a different day that’s not within the 24 hour period before your appointment will be subject to charge 100% in service fees. Life happens and I totally understand that, but please respect my time. I will send out an email reminder 2 days prior to appointment and a text reminder 24 hours prior. Fills must be done every 2-3 weeks. You must have 50% retention to be considered a fill. Less than 50% will result in a FULL SET. Please come into your appointment wearing no eye makeup or facial makeup due to possible altering the application of eyelash extensions. It is the clients responsibility to show up to their lash appointments with clean lashes, poor retention will occur if lashes are not CLEAN. If your lash artist has to clean your lashes at your appointment this will cut into you fill time and your lashes may not me as full as desired. Please except 2+hours for full sets of eyelash extensions Eyelash Extension hygiene is critical for longevity of lashes, specific instructions will be provided at you appointment. Failure to maintain proper hygiene compliance may lead to eye infections or irritations that is full accountability on client. Allergic reactions to eyelash extensions will receive a lash removal free-of-charge, but a refund will NOT be provided. fäs does not provide refunds, if you are not pleased with your service I am happy to fix any problems you had with your service. i have the right to refuse service to anyone.
